Oh hell yes Swamp Bar… the beer is available on an honor system.  There is a domestic cooler and an import cooler.  We were instructed to save our caps to keep track of beers for our tab.  Presumably, the penalty for dishonesty is that the offender will be fed to the gators or the bouncer’s PET PANTHER.  Seriously.  A panther.  On a leash.  A FUCKING PANTHER.
